+ Registration fee includes:

(1) Your full-text paper published in apeer-reviewed international edited book (or in our journals, JSS),
(2) Participation certificate,
(3) Printed conference program,
(4) Conference bag,
(5) Refreshments during the conference,
(6) Opening cocktail.
Registration fee does not include transportation oraccommodation. (Katılım ücreti ulaşım ya da konaklamayı kapsamamaktadır!)

+ Notes:

(1) At least an author must register and must paythe registration fee.
(2) An author can submit two papers for theconference.
(3) Registration fee is only for one participant.The conference certificate will be prepared and printed only for the person whopays the conference fee.
(4) If two (or more) authors submit only one paperto present in the conference together, a fee for each participant must be paid.
(5) If two papers by the same author(s) areaccepted for presentation but only one of the authors will present thesepapers, a fee for all the papers must be paid.
(6) If co-authors submit only one paper and onlyone of these authors participate, only a fee for one participant must be paid.
(7) Authors can cancel their presentations and canget refund by July 15, 2016. %25 administrative fee will be applied to allrefunds.
(8) No refund is possible after July 15, 2016.
(9) Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by twoblind reviewers and the decisions will be sent to the authors within two weeks.
(10) Submitted full-texts will be evaluated by twoblind reviewers and the decisions will be sent to the authors within 7 to 9months.
(11) Only one full text from the same author(s)will be reviewed for publication.
